Area information
There are plenty of cycling trips in this area, ranging in length from 20km to over a 100 km. A very interesting choice is 'the Permeke trail', a 27km long loop-shaped trip in and around Jabbeke. This trip traverses the area where Permeke has spent a big part of his life. The trip starts at the Constant Permeke Provincial Museum. If you follow the hexagonal signposts you can't get lost. You can also get a brochure from reception in which you can find the detailed route and some explanation for the places of interest.
